|8 cups||chicken stock|
|1 tbsp||garlic paste|
|½ tsp||white pepper powder|
|½ cup||Real Good Chicken, boiled and shredded|
Step 01Strain the stock. Peel and cook potatoes in the stock till tender and they begin to break-up.
Step 02Wash and blanch the spinach. Slice leeks thin. Add to soup.
Step 03Season with salt, add pepper and garlic.
Step 04Add spinach, chicken and milk before serving.
After blanching the spinach, keep in cold water to retain its colour.
