|4-5||capsicums, thinly sliced|
|1||cabbage, small, shredded|
|3 tsp||olive oil|
|to coat black sesame seeds|
|As per taste||lime juice|
Step 01Marinate the chicken supremes with salt, pepper and lime juice. Heat olive oil in a pan.
Step 02Sauté vegetables for 2-3 minutes.
Step 03Add the herbs.
Step 04Flatten the supremes, add sauteed vegetables and then roll. Brush the chicken supremes with a little olive oil and roll them in sesame seeds.
Step 05Grill the chicken for 15-20 minutes.
Step 06Serve with Schezwan sauce.
You can use a little gram flour in case the vegetables and black sesame seeds don’t stick to the chicken Supremes.
