Ingredients

500 gmReal Good Chicken Boneless
20 gmpeppercorns, freshly ground
100 gmonions, chopped
8green chillies, chopped
1cinnamon
5cardamoms
100 gmcloves
10 gmcoriander seeds
1 sprigcurry leaves
8garlic
150 mlcoconut milk, thick
10 gmdry red chillies
As requiredsalt
For frying oil
10 gmcoriander leaves, chopped
Here is a delicious recipe for Chicken Pepper Masala.
  • Step 01

    Cut the Godrej Real Good Boneless Chicken into bite size pieces.
  • Step 02

    Sauté onions, garlic, green chillies, coriander seeds, curry leaves, spices and peppercorns in a little oil. Remove and grind to a fine paste.
  • Step 03

    Heat oil and fry the masala well, add the chicken pieces and cook till well done. When chicken is cooked add the coconut milk and allow to come to one boil.
  • Step 04

    Remove from fire when chicken is tender and gravy is thick. Sprinkle freshly ground peppercorns over it and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
