Ingredients

500 gmReal Good Chicken joints
115 gmonions, chopped
55 gmcapsicum, chopped
1 stickcelery, minced
1 sprigparsley, chopped
5 clovesgarlic, chopped
1 cancreamed Sweet Corn
100 gmnoodles
2eggs
5 gmajinomoto
50 gmmushrooms, sliced
As requiredsalt
5 gmpepper
5 mloil
4green chillies, chopped
Here is a mouth-watering recipe for Corn & Chicken Chowder.
  • Step 01

    Wash and place Godrej Real Good Chicken joints in a vessel, add salt and cover with water and cook.
  • Step 02

    When chicken is cooked, remove chicken and retain liquid. Add the noodles in the liquid and let it boil. Remove the chicken from the bone and flake it.
  • Step 03

    When noodles are cooked, drain and retain liquid. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, green chillies, onions and sauté lightly, then add capsicum, celery and mushrooms.
  • Step 04

    Add the can of sweet corn and cook. Add the retained liquid, noodles, chicken and cook for 10 minutes. Beat two eggs and set aside.
  • Step 05

    When the chowder begins to boil gently, add the beaten egg in a thin stream, whisking the chowder with a fork or a whisk. Add the Ajinomoto and remove from fire.
  • Step 06

    The eggs should set as thin strands. Add the seasoning and serve hot.

I have recommended Godrej Real Good Chicken Joints, so that a good stock can be obtained while the chicken boils. As a substitute you can also use Godrej Real Good Boneless Chicken and Chicken Cubes for stock.
