|1 loaf||French bread/baguette|
|1 tsp||garlic puree/paste|
|1 cup||Yummiez Chicken Tikka, diced small|
|1 cup||tomato finely chopped|
|10||olive green chopped|
|10||olive black chopped|
|½ cup||spring onion chopped|
|1 tbsp||chopped coriander|
|Big pinch||chaat masala|
|1 tbsp||olive oil|
Step 1Whisk the garlic paste and butter with a pinch of salt and parsley to make garlic butter.
Step 2Slice the French bread into thick slices and pan sear the bread in the butter.
Step 3Set aside for the bruschetta.
Step 4Toss the chicken Tikka, tomatoes, green and black olives, spring onions in olive oil.
Step 5Season with salt, pepper and chaat masala.
Step 6Top each slice of bread with bruschetta topping and serve.
