|250 gm||Real Good Boneless Chicken Breasts|
|For the Marinade|
|1 tsp||rice wine or dry white wine|
|1½ tsp||soya sauce|
|1 tsp||black pepper|
|For the Sauce|
|2 tbsp||lemon juice|
|½ tsp||corn flour|
Step 01Cut chicken into small cubes, mix salt, pepper, wine, soya sauce, corn flour and egg yolk. Marinate and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Step 02Heat oil in the pan and deep fry the marinated chicken until half done. Remove and drain the oil.
Step 03Heat another pan. Add 1 tbsp oil. Make a mixture of ¼ tsp salt, sugar, lemon juice, water, corn flour. Mix well and add to heated pan, let it come to a boil.
Step 04Add the fried chicken; let it cook for a minute on high flame. Remove and serve hot.
