|1 tsp||mustard oil|
|½ tsp||mustard seeds|
|2 tbsp||castor sugar|
|½ tsp||red chilli powder/paprika|
Step 01Melt the butter in a non-stick pan and stir the flour until browned.
Step 02Add water, mustard oil, seeds and salt. Mix very well and cook on medium high flame until thickens.
Step 03After 4-5 minutes, add remaining ingredients and stir for few more seconds.
Step 04Leave the sauce for few minutes to cool and then fill in the air tight container/jar.
If you like spicy sauces, then you may add thinly chopped green chillies while cooking.
