|1 kg||Real Good Chicken, Boneless|
|For the marinade|
|1 tsp||ginger paste|
|½ tsp||garlic paste|
|1 tsp||green chilli paste|
|¼ tsp||pepper powder|
|¼ tsp||black salt|
Step 01Take the boneless chicken and cut in 2″ cubes for kebabs.
Step 02Make the marinade by combining the ingredients.
Step 03Marinate chicken for minimum 2 hours or preferably overnight in a refrigerator.
Step 04Barbecue on charcoal, till cooked.
Step 05To serve, sprinkle some chaat masala. Serve hot garnished with onion rings, lemon wedges.
