Ingredients

150 gmReal Good Chicken strips
1 tbsponions, chopped
½ tbsprosemary, chopped
⅓ tbspgreen chili minced
½ tbspgarlic paste
salt to taste
pepper to taste
2 tspBalsamic vinegar
A pinchgaram masala
3 leavesbasil
1 tbspparsley, chopped
2 tbspolive oil
1 tbspginger, peeled and stripped
1 cupcoriander leaves
½ tspsoy sauce
Here’s an delicious recipe for Seared Chicken Strips with Balsamic Vinegar and Ginger Oil.
  • Step 01

    Wash and pat dry the chicken strips.
  • Step 02

    Marinate them with garlic paste, strips of ginger, chopped green chili, olive oil, salt, pepper, chopped coriander and Balsamic vinegar.
  • Step 03

    Heat the oil in a pan and add chopped onions.
  • Step 04

    Sweat for 30 seconds, add the marinated chicken strips.
  • Step 05

    Saute the chicken and add green beans, some broccoli florets, fresh basil leaves.

    Season to taste. Finish with chopped coriander and basil leaves.
