|600 gm||Real Good Chicken breast, cut into thin slices|
|14 -16||fresh basil leaves, finely chopped|
|2 sticks||celery, finely chopped|
|2½ tsp||peanut oil|
|100 gm||button mushrooms, sliced|
|1 tsp||chilly flakes|
|1||lemon rind, grated|
Step 01Heat oil and sauté chopped garlic and celery for half a minute.
Step 02Add the thinly sliced chicken and sauté for 2 minutes on a high flame.
Step 03Add sliced mushroom and basil and again sauté for a while.
Step 04Add chilly flakes, grated lemon rind, salt and water.
Step 05Cook for 5 minutes and add cornflour dissolved in water.
Step 06Remove when it is boiling. Serve hot with steamed rice.
