|250 ml||Real Good Chicken stock|
|250 gm||cooked Chicken Minced or finely chopped|
|1 tbsp||lemon juice|
|1 tbsp||celery, chopped finely|
|for seasoning salt and white pepper|
|200 ml||double cream/ thick cream|
Step 01Dissolve the gelatin in the stock, taking care not to boil.
Step 02When cooled, stir in the chopped boiled chicken meat, celery, lemon juice. Add seasoning as required and finally the mayonnaise.
Step 03Marinate chicken for minimum 2 hours or preferably overnight in a refrigerator.
Step 04Serve chilled with a colourful salad of iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, beets and green pepper.
