|6||Real Good Chicken Drumsticks|
|5 gm||garam masala powder|
|5 gm||yellow chilly powder|
|30 gm||white butter (for basting)|
Step 01Season the chicken legs and keep them aside for 15-20 minutes. Grate and rub the cheese to make it soft and free of lumps.
Step 02Add the rest of the ingredients to the cheese and mix well taking care that the cream does not curdle and the mixture remains free of lumps.
Step 03Now add chicken pieces to marinate. Cover them well and leave overnight so that they become tender and juicy and absorb the full flavour of the masala.
Step 04Take out marinated chicken from the refrigerator at least half an hour before cooking.
Step 05Skewer them and cook in a tandoor for 12-15 minutes, basting occasionally. Serve with sliced onion, tomato, cucumber with chat masala, raw mango chutney and green chilly chutney.
Baste chicken pieces with an equal amount of oil and butter while cooking which will make the final product soft and juicy with a fine glaze.
