These fresh, nutritious, hygienically packed skinless chicken breasts are perfect for any main course, and serve just as well with your salads and soups.


6Real Good Chicken Drumsticks
5 gmgaram masala powder
10 gmginger
10 gmgarlic
5 gmsalt
5 gmyellow chilly powder
30 gmcheese
30 gmwhite butter (for basting)
5 gmsalt
100 mlcream
Here is a delectable recipe for Afghani Murgh.
  • Step 01

    Season the chicken legs and keep them aside for 15-20 minutes. Grate and rub the cheese to make it soft and free of lumps.
  • Step 02

    Add the rest of the ingredients to the cheese and mix well taking care that the cream does not curdle and the mixture remains free of lumps.
  • Step 03

    Now add chicken pieces to marinate. Cover them well and leave overnight so that they become tender and juicy and absorb the full flavour of the masala.
  • Step 04

    Take out marinated chicken from the refrigerator at least half an hour before cooking.
  • Step 05

    Skewer them and cook in a tandoor for 12-15 minutes, basting occasionally. Serve with sliced onion, tomato, cucumber with chat masala, raw mango chutney and green chilly chutney.
Chef’s Tip

Baste chicken pieces with an equal amount of oil and butter while cooking which will make the final product soft and juicy with a fine glaze.
