|1 tbsp||lime juice|
|1||onion, finely chopped|
|2 cloves||garlic, crushed|
Step 01Make a paste of 2 tomatoes and cucumber. Add seasonings In a large bowl, combine the curd, vinegar, lime juice, onions, crushed garlic cloves, Tabasco, jeera, salt and pepper.
Step 02Now add the chicken in the marinade and leave in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
Step 03Remove the chicken, pre-heat the chicken for 5 minutes on each side.
Step 04When done, cut into ½” pieces.
Step 05Serve hot and with chapattis for a main course, with the tomato and cucumber salsa.
